INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • (optional: 1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling the dough balls)

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can Chickpeas
  • 1 Garlic clove, small
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Well-stirred tahini
  • 1 Dash Paprika, ground
  • 1 Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 2 tbsp Water
